RENTAL POLICY

  1. GENERAL

Easy Luxury Living Llc (“Easy Luxury Living Llc” or “we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of everyone (“Sites’ visitor” “user” or “you”) that uses our website at www.easyluxuryliving.com, as well as other device or online applications related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Sites”).

The following Easy Luxury Living Llc Rental Policy (“Rental Policy”) is designed to inform you, as a client/customer, about the Rental Policy in place before, during or after your rental period with Easy Luxury Living Llc. It also is intended to explain the conditions and charges in place if the rental policy is intentionally or unintentionally violated or disregarded.

Easy Luxury Living is in the United States and is subject to U.S. state and federal law. If you are renting from us from other jurisdictions, please be advised that you are transferring your personal information to us in the United States, and by using our Sites, you are agreeing to that transfer and use of your personal information in accordance with this Rental Policy. You also agree to abide to the applicable laws of the State of Georgia and U.S. federal law concerning car rental and your agreements with us. If renting from Easy Luxury Living would be unlawful in your jurisdiction, please do not rent with Easy Luxury Living.

  1. INSURANCE:

At Easy Luxury Living all renters must provide comprehensive insurance policy with rental coverage to be eligible for a rental. Insurance providers will transfer your current coverage from your vehicle to our vehicle regardless of the model/year of your car if it’s a comprehensive insurance policy. It is the renter’s responsibility to verify with the insurance provider to be certain if all necessary insurance coverage is transferrable to our rental cars. We will verify each renter’s insurance to guarantee all information provided during reservation/booking are authentic.

  1. DRIVER’S LICENSE:

An acceptable valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence within the United States of America must be provided during your booking process via our website. The driver’s license provided must be valid for the entire rental period. We will verify each renter’s drivers license to guarantee all information provided during reservation/booking are authentic.

  1. AGE:

Renters and all approved additional drivers must be at least 25 years of age with valid driver’s license. Renter is responsible for any additional drivers allowed to drive our rental cars.

  1. DELIVERY & RETURN:

Easy Luxury Living offers multiple vehicle delivery/pick-up options. You are welcome to drop-off/pick-up the vehicle from our local office in Atlanta, GA (3355 Lenox Road suite 1000). Alternatively, Easy Luxury Living offer ELL pick-up and ELL delivery services throughout Atlanta, Georgia, and cities nearby.  Contact us for delivery rates to your desired location after completing your booking process online regardless of the pre-selected location you chose during your booking process.

  1. RENTAL & SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDS:

Refund of your holding fee or any other funds owed to you are posted by Easy Luxury Living upon end of trip when you return the vehicle. However, depending on your financial institution, can take up to 3-10 business days to receive your fund in your bank account.

  1. DAILY DISTANCE:

Miles included per day on any of our rental vehicle Is 150 Miles per day. If our guest drives further than the distance included, they will be charged a fee per mile calculated using your daily price. This additional fee calculation would be displayed on the checkout page. Additional fee calculation example: “Total actual trip price divided by total trip included mileage”. Mathematical representation of 2 days trip:

    • Price per day = $ 100
    • Miles per day = 150mi
    • Total trip price for 2 days trip = $200
    • Total trip miles for 2 days trip = 300mi
    • Additional fee calculation: $200 / 300mi = 0.70/mi
  1. TRAVELING OUTSIDE GEORGIA:

Easy Luxury Living rental cars must not be driven outside of Georgia without prior approval. Please contact Easy Luxury Living via phone, text, or email to get an approval. If approval is not granted and you decide to drive our vehicle outside of Georgia, this would result in the direct violation of the rental policy.

  1. ADDITIONAL DRIVER:

If you decided to add an Additional Driver to your rental, please contact Easy Luxury Living to sign the Additional Driver form and submit the required document (driver’s license) for the Additional Driver. The primary renter is responsible for any additional drivers added during the rental period. Additional driver must meet normal rental qualifications, such as showing a valid driver license, and meeting all age requirements. Additional Driver Fees: USD 175.00 for each Additional Authorized Operator. We advise against granting Additional Driver use of our rental cars without taken the necessary steps mentioned above.

  1. SMOKING:

Easy Luxury Living have zero-tolerance policy which prohibit smoking in any of our rental cars. If violated, Easy Luxury Living would determine and communicate the appropriate fine for violating our zero-tolerance policy. Smoking in any of our rental cars may result to loss of rental deposit plus additional fee if your rental deposit is unable to cover the fine for violating our zero-tolerance policy.

  1. PETS:

Pets are human best friends. We understand this fact but due to the quality and fragility of the interior of our luxury cars, Easy Luxury Living have zero-tolerance policy which prohibit pets in any of our rental cars. If violated, Easy Luxury Living would determine and communicate the appropriate fine for violating our zero-tolerance policy. Pets in any of our rental cars may result to loss of rental deposit plus additional fee if your rental deposit is unable to cover the fine for violating our zero-tolerance policy.

  1. CANCELLATION:

Easy Luxury Living does not charge for cancellation fee if you are yet to pre-pay or complete your booking process, there will not be a cancellation fee.  If you pre-paid for your vehicle or completed your vehicle booking process, the following conditions will apply:

  • If you cancel your booking more than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of USD $50.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus (a cancellation fee of USD $50 and 50% of 1 day trip cost).
  1. LATE RETUN:

Easy Luxury Living have a 1-hour grace period after the drop-off time. To be considered for the grace period, the renter should communicate with Easy Luxury Living regarding late return. Late return charges.

  • USD 75 within 30 minutes after the grace period.
  • USD 100 per hour if the vehicle remains in your possession hours after the grace period.
  • Rental car daily trip price plus extra USD 100 if the vehicle remains in your possession more than 4 hours after the grace period.
  1. WASH/CLEAN THE VEHICLE:

It is highly recommended that our guest wash and clean the vehicle before return for health/safety reasons due to the Corona virus pandemic. If unable to do so, we recommend our guest to contact Easy Luxury Living before vehicle drop-off to keep the next guest safe. Extra charges for returning unwashed/unclean vehicle ranges from USD 45 to USD 50 depending on the rental car in your possession.
