You will receive couple of text messages specifying the required documents for vehicle pick-up. But in most cases always have a copy of your “driver’s license” and “insurance card” handy. Most importantly, information on the document provided after reservation must match the information provided during your reservation process on our website to avoid issues with your reservation.

  • No. If you are yet to pre-pay or complete your booking process, there will not be a cancellation fee.
  • Yes. If you pre-paid for your vehicle or completed your vehicle booking process, the following conditions will apply:
    • If you cancel your booking more than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of USD $50.
    • If you cancel your booking less than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus (a cancellation fee of USD $50 and 50% of 1 day trip cost).
  • Yes. Our pre-selected location can be found on the website when making your reservations.
  • We also do pick-up/drop-off based on request if within specific miles from the company branch address [ 3355 Lenox Road Atlanta, GA 30326]. For further information regarding this, please contact Easy Luxury Living.

Yes. It is highly recommended that our guest should wash and clean the vehicle before return for health/safety reasons due to the Corona virus pandemic. If unable to do so, we recommend our guest to contact Easy Luxury Living before Vehicle drop-off to keep the next guest safe.

Yes. We highly recommend contactless pick-up/drop-off for health/safety reasons.

  • Yes. But for the time being we would recommend the contactless pick-up/drop-off.

No. ELL does not offer unlimited distance per day.

  • Miles included per day on any of our rental vehicle Is 150 Miles per day.
  • If our guest drives further than the distance included, they will be charged a fee per mile calculated using your daily price. This additional fee calculation would be displayed on the checkout page.
  • Additional fee calculation example: “Total actual trip price divided by total trip included mileage”. Mathematical representation of 2 days trip:
    • Price per day = $ 100
    • Miles per day = 150mi
    • Total trip price for 2 days trip = $200
    • Total trip miles for 2 days trip = 300mi
    • Additional fee calculation: $200 / 300mi = 0.70/mi

Note: We advise our prospective clients to pay close attention to the additional fee charged if exceed the actual miles per day.

  • You can extend your trip by returning to the website, select the same vehicle and choose the trip dates.
